Vision Group’s LASIK MD clinic is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee operations, development and sales within Canada’s ophthalmology network. This permanent full-time role offers a bonus, competitive benefits and a path to advancing your career in a trusted healthcare environment.

You'll travel for training across Canada (expenses covered), manage budgets and KPIs, and guide a team of professionals toward exceptional patient care and business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and ability to rally a team toward a shared vision.
• Experience in business development, project management, and sales.
• University degree in management or business administration is an asset.
• Proficient with computers; Microsoft 365; EMR knowledge is an asset.
• Willing to travel for training within Canada (expenses covered).

• Required : You can travel for training to other clinics within Canada (expenses covered by Vision Group).
• Schedule: You have flexible availability to work Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with the ability to work outside regular clinic hours as needed .
