Job summary

FYidoctors Edmonton - Brewery District, part of the FYihealth group, is hiring an Optical Associate on a part-time basis (20–29 hours per week). You will greet patients, assist with eyewear selections, and support fittings and measurements in a busy clinic.

You will handle scheduling, billing, and provide exceptional patient service, working in a collaborative, technology-friendly environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Previous optical or retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with technology and computer use.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guide them through their visit.
• Explain eyewear options and help with frame selection.
• Take optical measurements and assist with fittings and adjustments.
• Manage scheduling, billing, and payments with accuracy.
• Support clinic operations and patient satisfaction.
