Rhino Entertainment Group is seeking a highly motivated VIP Manager to support the Canadian market, focusing on proactive outreach and personalised engagement to drive revenue growth. Reporting to the Country Manager – Canada, you will support key accounts, build relationships, and deliver tailored VIP experiences while collaborating with VIP, Compliance, Payments, CRM and Operations teams.

This role requires EST hours, English fluency, and French as an asset; prior VIP or customer-facing

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required; French is an asset.
• Excellent communication across channels (phone, email, chat).
• Experience as VIP Account Manager or similar is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of casino products and the Canadian sports market is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised support to VIP players in English and French across multiple channels.
• Build relationships with high-value customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Grow the VIP portfolio by converting potential players into VIPs within Canada.
• Make outbound calls to VIPs with weekly engagement targets.
• Handle daily tasks including emails, birthdays, withdrawals, and Source of Funds requests.
• Plan and execute VIP events and experiences.
• Collaborate with VIP, Compliance, Payments, CRM, and Operations to resolve complex issues.
• Analyze player behaviour to produce insights and strategic reports.
• Act as a Rhino Entertainment brand ambassador with a player-first mindset.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
