Job summary

Rhino Entertainment Group seeks a highly motivated VIP Manager to support the Canadian market, driving proactive outreach and player engagement through personalised English and French communication.

You will report to the Country Manager – Canada, manage key accounts, plan VIP events, and collaborate with Compliance, Payments, CRM and Operations to resolve issues while upholding responsible gambling standards.

Qualifications

• VIP management or similar customer-facing role preferred.
• Fluent in English; French would be an asset.
• Strong communication across phone, email, and chat.
• Solid understanding of casino and Canadian sports markets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised support to VIP players in English and French across multiple channels.
• Build relationships with high-value customers by delivering exceptional service.
• Develop and grow the VIP portfolio within the Canadian market.
• Make outbound calls to engage VIP players with weekly targets.
• Manage daily tasks including emails, birthdays, withdrawals, and Source of Funds.
• Plan and execute VIP events and experiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Analyse player behaviour to produce insights and strategic reports.
• Act as a brand ambassador with a player-first mindset and compliant practices.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
