Job summary

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment is seeking a motivated Premium & VIP Experiences Intern to support planning and execution of exclusive experiences at MLSE venues and events.

You will work closely with the VIP portfolio, helping to elevate guest experiences, assist with memberships, and contribute to new revenue opportunities while gaining hands-on hospitality and event operations exposure.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university or college program.
• Passion for sports, entertainment, hospitality.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of Premium & VIP experiences across MLSE teams, venues and live events.
• Collaborate with the VIP portfolio to elevate experiences for MLSE’s valued members, clients, partners and guests.
• Assist with VIP member servicing and personalized support and attention to detail.
• Contribute to commercial initiatives and new revenue opportunities for premium concepts.
• Research global trends in hospitality and experiential industries to identify ideas for MLSE.
• Help develop premium hospitality spaces, memberships and benefits.
• Coordinate with Ticketing, Partnerships, Marketing, Live Entertainment, F&B and Venue Operations.
• Maintain VIP membership information and program insights.
