Job summary

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE) is seeking a motivated student to join the Live Entertainment Marketing team, helping implement world-class events in Canada’s largest concert venue, Scotiabank Arena, in Toronto. You will collaborate with live entertainment and food & beverage teams to support artist gifting and venue marketing initiatives.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and multitasking, with occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a post-secondary program.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and executing marketing plans for Scotiabank Arena events.
• Support artist gifting program and content creation for events.
• Escort media on-site at concerts and events.
• Coordinate with Digital Content Team for social media coverage.
• Assist in organizing photoshoots for new menu items in restaurants.
