Qualifications

• Grade 12 education required.
• Two-year diploma in Human Services is an asset.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence.
• Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and information to victims and their families as they navigate the legal process
• Help ensure victims understand and have their rights protected and respected within the justice system
• Provide compassionate support and guidance to individuals and families
• Coordinate and deliver preventative programs that support community health and well-being
• Communicate effectively with victims, families, community members, and relevant service providers
• Provide information related to the court process and justice system
• Encourage and support individuals throughout their involvement with the justice system
