The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director of Connectivity, the Vice President (VP), Sales is responsible for leading the sales function for repeatable SaaS sales. This role ensures the achievement of sales targets, drives business growth, and aligns sales objectives with the company's strategy to expand SaaS sales, particularly for platforms like Pharmapod.

You Will Have The Opportunity To

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  2. Manage a team of senior sales leads, fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high performance, and ethical behavior.
  3. Establish and prioritize performance measures for all sales roles; oversee the allocation of objectives across sales channels, markets, and personnel; ensure accountability.
  4. Provide leadership, direction, and support to the sales team, including reporting on KPIs.
  5. Meet targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other financial objectives.
  6. Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities with hospitals, pharmacies, and associations.
  7. Manage sales tools like Salesforce to track performance, optimize conversion, and report to stakeholders.
  8. Collaborate with marketing, client success, and operations teams to execute sales initiatives seamlessly.
  9. Align sales objectives with company strategy through active participation in planning and forecasting.
  10. Design effective sales organization structure, roles, channels, and resource deployment for SaaS products.
  11. Stay ahead of industry trends, introduce new sales programs, and evaluate expansion opportunities.

What You Will Bring

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  2. Over 10 years of sales experience, including at least 5 in leadership roles.
  3. Proven success in selling SaaS solutions in B2B, preferably within healthcare.
  4. Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes and negotiation techniques.
  5. Strategic business development skills and experience reporting on pipelines and recurring revenue.
  6. Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce.
  7. Ability to identify growth opportunities and execute sales strategies.
  8. Excellent relationship management, communication, and leadership skills.
  9. Entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset.
