Zurich Cover More is seeking a Director of Travel Sales, Canada to join our team in North America.

Through our global service centers and a network of experienced providers, we deliver medical and security assistance to ensure our customers travel with confidence. Responsibilities Include:
  1. Develop and execute a territory sales plan to prospect and acquire new accounts, and to develop and retain existing accounts.
  2. Create and implement account-specific business development strategies and sales proposals to boost top-line performance, meet partner needs, and enhance client satisfaction.
  3. Act as the primary contact and voice of the client for all relationship matters related to assigned accounts.
  4. Collaborate with functional teams to fulfill client needs, execute short-term action plans, and implement key initiatives.
  5. Prepare for, participate in, and moderate quarterly business reviews with major accounts.
  6. Provide in-person training on products and services, and participate in trade events as an attendee, exhibitor, or sponsorship representative.
  7. Achieve performance goals focused on account acquisition, retention, and sustainable profitable growth.
Basic Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred.
  2. 5+ years of travel industry distribution experience with established relationships across various segments.
  3. Proven success in building and maintaining a viable account base.
  4. Technical expertise in all aspects of business development.
  5. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  6. Proven ability to plan and execute strategies effectively.
  7. Innovative, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset.
  8. Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience in travel insurance or related insurance fields.
