The Role

Reporting to the Managing Director of Connectivity, the Vice President (VP), Sales is responsible for leading the sales function for repeatable SaaS sales. This role ensures the achievement of sales targets, drives business growth, and aligns sales objectives with the company's strategy to expand SaaS sales, particularly for platforms like Pharmapod.

You Will Have The Opportunity To

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage a team of senior sales leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high performance, and ethical behavior.
  • Establish and prioritize critical performance measures for all sales roles; oversee the equitable allocation of objectives across sales channels, markets, and personnel; ensure accountability for results.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and support to the sales team, including reporting on Sales KPIs.
  • Achieve targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial metrics.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with hospitals, pharmacies, and associations.
  • Establish and oversee KPIs for sales roles, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage SalesForce and analytics tools to monitor performance, optimize conversion rates, and report to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, client success, operations, and other teams to execute sales initiatives seamlessly.
  • Align sales organization objectives with overall business strategy through active participation in planning and forecasting.
  • Design and deploy effective sales structures, roles, channels, and resource allocation for SaaS products.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, introduce new sales programs, and evaluate expansion opportunities.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven success in selling SaaS solutions, ideally within healthcare, with strong B2B focus.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales processes and negotiation techniques.
  • Strong business development and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and reporting on sales pipelines and revenue.
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and execute effective strategies.
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
