THE VISION
Reporting directly to the President and serving as a strategic advisor to the executive team and board, the Vice President of Finance will oversee all financial, IT, and risk management functions on behalf of the business. This role calls for a leader who brings the financial rigor of a CFO with the mindset of a business builder - someone who can advise and drive business performance through strategic investments, systems optimization, and people development. The VP of Finance will play a central role in shaping the organization’s next chapter by aligning finance and technology with the broader business plan.
THE ROLE
The Vice President of Finance will lead a team that includes Finance, IT, and administrative professionals. This individual will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance, while also driving key initiatives around digital transformation, capital planning, and financial strategy.
