The company is seeking an accomplished Vice President to join its executive team and contribute to the company’s continued success.

The Vice President will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic vision of Alpha Stone. This position involves establishing objectives, formulating policies, and leading key departments to drive the company's growth and operational excellence. The successful candidate will oversee marketing initiatives, human resources management, and business development activities while ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Establishes objectives for the company and formulates or approves policies and programs in alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Allocates resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Establishes administrative controls; formulates and approves promotional campaigns; and oversees personnel planning.
  • Selects middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to ensure the effective execution of company strategies.
  • Coordinates the work of different regions and departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Represents the company in negotiations and other official functions to further the company’s interests.

*Marketing:*

  • Develops and executes comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Oversees the creation and management of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
  • Analyzes market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Collaborates with sales teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives.
  • Manages and maintains the company’s brand image across all platforms.

*Human Resources:*

  • Leads the development and implementation of HR policies and programs that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Oversees recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development to build a high-performing team.
  • Manages employee relations, performance management, and ensures compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Fosters a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.
  • Develops and oversees compensation and benefits programs.

*Business Development:*

  • Identifies and pursues new business opportunities to expand the company’s market share and revenue.
  • Develops strategic partnerships and alliances to strengthen the company’s competitive position.
  • Conducts market research and analysis to guide business development strategies.
  • Leads negotiations with key clients and stakeholders to secure profitable deals.
  • Oversees the preparation of proposals, presentations, and business plans for potential opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • A university degree or college diploma in business administration, finance, or a related discipline is required.
  • A minimum of three years of senior management experience is required, with a strong emphasis on marketing, HR, and business development.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful strategies across multiple functions.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.

Remuneration:

  • $75,000 annual salary on 35 hours per week work schedule.
  • A performance-based bonus is available, subject to detailed negotiations.
  • Dental Care, Extended Health Care and Group Insurance Available.
