TBT Engineering in Ottawa, Ontario is seeking a Construction Risk Monitoring professional to conduct field duties and monitor vibration, noise, tilt, and settlement on varied projects. Conduct and coordinate a variety of construction risk management tasks on a mix of public and private projects, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams under the mentorship of experienced Professional Engineers. Apply and expand your technical knowledge in vibration, noise, and displacement monitoring for construction/blasting projects as you develop toward professional licensure in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills in construction risk monitoring supported by a degree in Civil, Geological, Mechanical, or other Engineering from an accredited Canadian university or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Field experience is considered an asset, along with a solid understanding of relevant codes, standards, regulations, and engineering software and geotechnical instrumentation.
This position is classified as full time. Rate of pay will be commensurate with related experience and qualifications ($62,400.00 per year +).
