Job summary

The Downtown Toronto Cat Clinic, part of Vetcor, is seeking a full-time Veterinary Receptionist in Toronto. You will be the friendly first point of contact for clients, handling greetings, appointments, payments, and records in a fast-paced feline-only environment.

Qualifications

• Previous veterinary clinic or receptionist experience preferred.
• Excellent communication with clients in person, by phone, and email.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and communicate professionally by phone, email, and in person.
• Schedule appointments, check clients in/out, and process payments.
• Maintain accurate patient and client records.
• Resolve client questions and concerns in line with hospital policies.
• Relay client needs to veterinarians and staff.
• Accurately dispense medications as directed by veterinarians.
• Assist technicians and veterinarians with patient restraint when needed.
• Keep the front desk organized and ensure smooth workflow.
• Create a welcoming, calm experience for every client and feline patient.

What You’ll Do
