Responsibilities

• Create a warm and welcoming environment for patients and pet parents.
• Answer a multiline phone system and schedule appointments.
• Place outbound calls to pet parents for follow-up and bookings.
• Respond to and manage email correspondence with clients and referring veterinarians.
• Admit and discharge pet patients.
• Handle invoicing, billing, estimates, and payments with owner confirmation.
• Maintain cleanliness of reception area and holding spaces.
• Support veterinary staff and learn about services.
