Job summary

TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods seeks a Veterinary Practice Manager to unify Brooks, Taber and Lethbridge clinics, standardize workflows, and drive cross-location collaboration. You’ll support veterinarians, consultants, and technicians by coordinating operations and resources to deliver exceptional value to cattle producers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations in professional-services management, practice management, or healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated success supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee integration.
• Strong organizational and project-coordination skills with multi-priority management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with clinicians, staff, and clients.
• Strong client communication and relationship-management skills; ability to understand needs and coordinate resources.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and administrative workflow across Brooks, Taber, and Lethbridge locations.
• Manage billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, and month-end processes.
• Communicate with clients and coordinate clinic resources to meet needs.
• Liaise between clinic teams and centralized TELUS support functions.
• Standardize administrative workflows and optimize cross-clinic efficiency.
• Support talent acquisition and onboarding, including training coordination.
