VetCare Canada Inc. in Vancouver seeks an experienced Practice Manager to lead a veterinary team, drive operational excellence, and ensure outstanding client experiences. You will recruit Locum DVMs/RVTs, onboard and coach staff, perform annual reviews, and support growth with strong people skills.

You’ll also oversee inventory, budgeting, and all financial aspects while promoting the practice’s values and patient-centered care within the VetCare Community.

• Strong HR and budget management capabilities are required.
• Familiarity with veterinary software systems is preferred.

About the Role

You'll use your empathy and problem-solving skills to swiftly resolve any issues, ensuring smooth operations and happy clients. Your day-to-day will involve striving for operational excellence, managing team schedules, and supporting talent acquisition efforts by sourcing Locum DVMs and RVTs as needed. You'll provide onboarding and coaching to new team members, conduct annual reviews, and offer feedback and support to help your team grow.

You’ll also manage inventory, budgets, and all financial aspects of the practice. You’ll also make a splash on social media, shouting about all the great things your team is inspiring and doing. Pay Rate:

$65,000 - $70,000 / Year
