The role focuses on strategic initiatives, SOPs, and a consistent client experience across our network. The successful candidate will have 3+ years in veterinary or healthcare management, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record of implementing

Formación

• Proven leadership experience in a management role within healthcare.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and foster collaboration.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to service quality.

• Basic budgeting, payroll and financial reporting understanding.
