Qualifications

• 1–2 years of veterinary management experience.
• CVPM certification preferred, not required.
• Experience managing 5+ team members in a client-focused setting.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills.
• Positive, growth-minded attitude and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth clinic performance
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve goals and KPIs
• Manage HR functions including scheduling, payroll, and inventory
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new staff
• Learn and remain proficient in all clinic roles to effectively train, support, and cross-cover team members as needed
• Handle escalated client situations with professionalism and care
• Collaborate with practice owners to implement strategic priorities
