Job summary

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership (MLSE) is seeking team members for high-energy Food & Beverage service at our Toronto venues. You will deliver championship customer service to fans during events, ensuring responsible alcohol service and adherence to MLSE policies while engaging with guests across iconic arenas and clubs.

The role emphasizes flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, with a strong focus on safety, inventory control, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash and calculate orders accurately.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Willing to serve alcohol responsibly and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsible and friendly beverage service to fans.
• Strictly ensure responsible alcohol service using Smart Serve principles.
• Ensure AGCO and MLSE policies & regulations are followed.
• Provide friendly and informed response to inquiries.
• Monitor and accurately control inventory.
• Act as an ambassador to MLSE and our community.
• Adhere to all MLSE service standards and policies including Health & Safety.
• Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
• Perform other administrative or service functions as the need arises.
