Loblaw Companies Limited is seeking a winter 2027 co-op student to join the Supply Chain team. The role focuses on vendor compliance, distribution center collaborations, and process improvements across Canada.

You will support cross-functional teams, analyze data in SAP and Power BI, and help communicate with vendors on packaging and shipping requirements. The position features a hybrid work model with a four-day in-office pattern and one day remote per week.

Competenze

• College/University Degree/Diploma in relevant fields (Supply Chain Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, Economics, CSR or Compliance).
• Strong communication, attention to detail and problem solving.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Excel, Power BI, Power Apps is a plus.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with distribution centers to identify issues from vendor packaging and shipping practices.
• Work with Vendors and internal teams to improve efficiency at automated facilities.
• Track vendor progress and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Respond to vendor inquiries on packaging and shipping requirements.
• Support rollout of vendor portal and communicate infraction/resolution info to vendors.
• Provide Vendor Compliance summaries and analytics to support internal teams.
• Maintain compliance data for vendor and carrier lists and assist with reporting.
