Job summary

Comox Valley Toyota, part of Trotman Auto Group, in Courtenay, BC, is hiring a Vehicle Quality Assurance Technician / Wash Bay Attendant. You will ensure vehicles are clean, organized, and ready for customers while supporting daily dealership operations.

Qualifications

• Passion for vehicles and customer service.
• Motivated, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid BC Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract.
• Ability to work outdoors and remain on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle flow throughout dealership lots and service areas.
• Drive customer and dealership vehicles to designated parking locations.
• Wash, vacuum, and clean customer vehicles following service appointments.
• Perform pre-delivery cleanups on customer and inventory vehicles as needed.
• Wash and maintain new and pre-owned vehicle inventory.
• Ensure lot displays, showroom vehicles, and showcase areas remain clean and organized.
• Move vehicles in and out of the showroom as required.
• Assist with service check-in and customer vehicle retrieval when needed.
• Deliver vehicles to the service area for customer pickup.
• Maintain lot organization, including customer parking areas.
