Job summary

The Jim Pattison Auto Group's Duncan Toyota service team is seeking a motivated Car Wash Attendant to keep customers' vehicles clean and well-presented. You will wash exteriors, perform light interior cleaning, and maintain a safe, organized wash area while supporting the service department.

Ideal candidates are energetic, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. A valid BC driver's license is required, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Valid BC Driver's License with a satisfactory driver's abstract.
• Ability to drive a variety of vehicles; manual transmission is an asset.
• Experience in automotive, detailing, or customer service is advantageous but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean customer vehicles, including exterior washing and basic interior cleaning.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle wash area.
• Move and park customer vehicles throughout the dealership and service lot safely and efficiently.
• Inspect vehicles for any visible concerns and report issues to the appropriate team members.
• Use cleaning equipment, tools, and products safely and responsibly.
• Handle customer and company information with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused workplace.
• Assist with additional dealership duties as required.

Compensation: Starting at $19.00 per hour

Do you enjoy working with vehicles and take pride in delivering exceptional results? Jim Pattison Toyota Duncan is looking for a motivated and dependable Car Wash Attendant to help keep our customers' vehicles looking their best.

In this role, you'll support our busy Service Department by ensuring every vehicle returned to a customer is clean, well-presented, and handled with care. If you're someone who enjoys staying active, works well in a team environment, and pays close attention to detail, we'd like to hear from you.

This position reports directly to the Service Manager and offers an excellent opportunity to begin or grow a career in the automotive industry.

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

Physical Requirements

This is a hands-on position that includes:

• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, reaching, crouching, and lifting while cleaning vehicles.
• Driving and repositioning vehicles throughout the dealership.
• Working outdoors in changing weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, and cold, while following all safety guidelines.
