Job summary

Comox Valley Toyota, part of Trotman Auto Group, is seeking motivated sales professionals in Courtenay, BC. No automotive experience is required; we can teach the vehicles, not drive. Earn $80,000–$150,000+ annually through commissions and strong performance, with three‑month paid training and staff events.

Ideal candidates are competitive, customer‑focused, and able to build lasting relationships. A BC driver’s license with a clean abstract and VSA license or ability to obtain one are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in automotive sales or other customer-facing roles.
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License with a clean abstract.
• VSA License or the ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process from first contact to delivery.
• Build and manage your pipeline through prospecting, referrals, follow-up, and repeat business.
• Respond to leads and convert appointments into sales opportunities.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Learn vehicle features, financing options, and manufacturer programs.
