Altus Group is seeking a Senior Manager, VAS Product Innovation & Delivery Operations in Toronto. You will bridge VAS, Product, and Engineering, translating priorities into structured delivery plans and ensuring momentum through the lifecycle.

You will establish scalable operating models, manage intake, governance, testing, and release readiness, and collaborate with business leaders and Product Managers to shape next-generation CRE Valuation workflows.

Qualifikationen

• The experience: a background in product operations, delivery, business analysis, or program management moving complex initiatives to delivery.
• Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with business leaders, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams and dependencies.
• Curiosity and judgment to translate complex ideas clearly and use AI tools appropriately.
• Familiarity with backlog and delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Aha!, Confluence.

• Translate business needs into actionable requirements with stakeholders and Product Council.
• Maintain a reliable intake process and ensure priorities are documented and ready.
• Manage backlog, dependencies, and readiness for sprint planning and delivery.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, and release readiness across teams.
• Develop scalable, repeatable operating models and document lessons learned.
