Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Territory Sales Representative in Vancouver, BC to drive growth across commercial and residential markets within the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. Promote engineered products and solutions to engineers, contractors, and distributors, and develop strong local distribution support. You will build and maintain client relations, pursue retrofit projects, and collaborate with inside sales and engineering teams.

Travel approx. 15% within the territory.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in construction, HVAC, industrial, or building products.
• Strong relationship-building skills with contractors, owners, and distributors.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities with mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Promotion: Sell products and services to prospects, specifiers, contractors, distributors, and end-users.
• Market Strategy: Conduct market research and report findings to support sales strategy.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
• Project Development: Identify and pursue construction and retrofit projects with high sales potential.
• Promotional Activities: Execute promotion plans including presentations, training seminars, and branch visits.
• Team Collaboration: Work with inside sales, engineering, and support teams for seamless customer experience.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on activities, progress, and market trends.
