Job summary

Benji's designs, installs and cares for plants in offices across Vancouver. We are seeking a part‑time Sales Development Representative to own customer relationships, move opportunities through the sales cycle, and help grow our Vancouver presence.

The role involves site visits, proposals, and close coordination with internal teams. Base pay is CAD 20–29 per hour, pro‑rated from full‑time, plus commission (10–15% of closed contract value).

Qualifications

• Experience managing leads through to close.
• Ability to nurture opportunities over multi‑month cycles.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Review the CRM regularly and prioritize active opportunities for Vancouver customers.
• Manage leads from initial contact through discovery, quoting, proposal follow‑up, and closing.
• Arrange and conduct customer site visits in the Vancouver area to gather details for quotes.
• Prepare clear, tailored proposals and coordinate scope, pricing, and feasibility.
• Explain proposals, answer questions, and help customers reach a decision.
• Maintain accurate CRM records with requirements, site visit notes, and next steps.
• Keep longer sales cycles moving with timely follow‑up and relationship building.
• Share customer feedback to improve the Vancouver sales process.
