Job summary

Insight Global seeks a senior technology consultant to lead Microsoft 365 Copilot initiatives in Toronto. You will provide advanced technical triage guidance, define escalation boundaries, and shape governance for Copilot Studio and Agent Builder use cases.

Collaborating with the Copilot Adoption & Business Enablement Lead, you will create playbooks, labs, and FAQs, while coordinating with security, licensing, and platform owners to ensure scalable, compliant AI delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology/consulting experience.
• 2+ years of Microsoft 365 Copilot experience.
• 2+ years of Copilot Studio, Agent Builder & Prompt Engineering experience.
• 5+ years of solution design/architecture experience.
• Strong Microsoft 365 ecosystem knowledge (Copilot, SharePoint, Power Platform, Power Automate).
• Experience troubleshooting, triaging, and escalating technical issues.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Financial Services experience.
• Azure AI exposure.
• Governance, DLP, and compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance for Microsoft 365 Copilot and related capabilities.
• Support advanced triage before issues are routed to T&O, Engineering, Product, Security/DLP, licensing, or platform owners.
• Develop lightweight technical playbooks and troubleshooting guidance.
• Coordinate with owners when issues move outside Flight Academy scope.
• Partner with Adoption & Enablement Lead to convert themes into FAQs, lab scenarios, and internal guidance.
• Contribute to solution feasibility input for emerging AI use cases.
• Own technical triage guidance and advanced Copilot capability interpretation.
