Job summary

Cam Tran is seeking a Value Stream Supervisor to oversee production flow, coach the Team Leader, and drive continuous improvement across the value stream.

You will monitor KPIs, lead weekly huddles, align schedules with production, and implement LSW standards while ensuring safety and quality compliance. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in manufacturing are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production management.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate teams.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production flow and manage value stream to ensure success.
• Lead weekly huddles and coach the Team Leader on daily performance.
• Monitor KPIs, collect data, and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Develop training plans and coordinate cross-training with Team Leader.
• Review production schedules and align work hours, overtime, and vacations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and Cam Tran policies.
• Participate in talent acquisition and onboarding of new employees.
