Job summary

Cam Tran is seeking a Value Stream Supervisor in Canada to oversee production flow and lead continuous improvement within the value stream. The role supports the Team Leader, coaching on daily huddles and ensuring timely action on KPIs to meet targets.

The VSS will monitor performance, coordinate data-driven improvements, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards across the line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or production management.
• Proven leadership to motivate teams.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety regulations and quality standards.
• Lean Six Sigma familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establishes Leader Standards of Work to prioritize high payoff activities daily, weekly and monthly.
• Measures Value Stream performance using KPI tools to track efficiencies.
• Provides reports and updates to management as required.
• Leads weekly huddles and coaches Team Leader on daily performance.
• Reviews production schedule and aligns employee work hours and shifts.
• Assists in resolving quality or customer-related issues for quick resolution.
