Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations coordination, administrative operations, or commercial real estate support.
• Strong understanding of real estate documentation, compliance, and transaction processes (commercial experience preferred).
• Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, proofreading, and stakeholders coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex client deliverables, projects, and support activities with minimal oversight.
• Coordinate and execute complex pursuits, marketing initiatives, proposals, presentations, and other client service deliverables.
• Serve as a key liaison between brokers and internal centers of excellence, ensuring collaboration.
• Develop partnerships with brokers to support business objectives.
• Anticipate business needs and identify solutions to support outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality client service and support business development, transactions, and revenue activities.
• Take ownership of complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality and deadlines.
• Contribute to development and continuous improvement of processes and standards.
