Job summary

Eminent Valet is seeking dedicated Valet Drivers to join our team in Canada. You will provide safe, efficient, and professional valet service for hotel guests, reporting to the Ramp Captain on-site.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, inspecting vehicles, parking and retrieving cars, and maintaining key control. Requirements include a valid license, ability to work 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm, and residency in Canada. Salary starts with competitive hourly pay and tips.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills in a luxury/high-volume environment.
• Calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
• Attention to detail, safety awareness, and accountability.
• Must currently reside in Canada.
• Must be 23 years or older for insurance purposes.
• Skilled in both automatic and manual transmission.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
• Confirm vehicle details and valet needs clearly and calmly.
• Perform pre-acceptance vehicle inspections and report any damage.
• Safely park, retrieve, and return vehicles following procedures.
• Maintain secure key control and follow ticketing protocols.
• Follow Ramp Captain directions for ramp flow and coverage.
• Report incidents, damage, or safety concerns immediately.
• Support smooth ramp operations during peak periods and events.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and service-focused attitude.
