Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies at Markham Acura is hiring a part-time Service Associate to greet customers, keep the service drive-thru running smoothly, and maintain a clean, welcoming lounge.

You will also direct customers to Service Advisors, bag and tag vehicles, and help ensure a professional service experience for every guest in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Clear customer service focus and professional presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Valid Ontario driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet all inbound Service customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain Service drive-thru to ensure that vehicles are flowing through.
• Maintain customer lounge in a professional and clean fashion.
• Maintain incoming parking spots and park customer inbound vehicle in the designated areas.
• Direct customers to Service Advisors.
• Bag and Tag vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Greet all inbound Service customers in a timelymanner

• Ability to drive and operate standard transmissionvehicles
• Ability to drive and operate trucks and vans
• Ability to work in a team environment to achievecommon goals
• Must have a valid Driver’s License for Ontariowith 3+ years of driving experience.
