Job summary

Randstad Canada is seeking a highly accomplished User Interface Specialist for an enterprise-level contract role based in Toronto. You will design, build, and deploy complex business apps within a modern Power Platform environment, bridging UX design, process automation, and accessibility compliance.

In an Agile setting, you will collaborate with analysts, SMEs, and developers to translate requirements into intuitive user flows, prototypes, and production-ready interfaces while mentoring peers

Qualifications

• Experience applying user-centered design (UCD) techniques to translate requirements into prototypes.
• Strong knowledge of WCAG and AODA accessibility standards in software delivery.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user flows and interfaces.
• Solid understanding of Agile SDLC and Scrum practices.
• Ability to mentor peers on modern UX/UI development and design theories.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of enterprise apps using Power Platform.
• Collaborate with analysts, SMEs, and stakeholders to elicit and analyze business requirements and user flows.
• Apply UCD methodologies to transform requirements into wireframes and prototypes.
• Design and manage automated workflows with Power Automate to streamline processes.
• Ensure interfaces comply with AODA and digital accessibility standards.
• Conduct code reviews, UI assessments, and architectural checks to enforce best practices.
• Coach team members on UX/UI development and design principles.
• Analyze and resolve technical UX issues and document solutions thoroughly.
• Facilitate workshops on accessibility, design standards, and usability.
