Job summary

Bevertec in Toronto, Canada seeks an experienced UX/UI designer to craft GUI designs driven by user interaction and performance across web and mobile apps. You will define and lead UX projects, run design workshops with stakeholders, and ensure accessibility testing is integrated throughout the product development cycle.

The role requires strong experience with Figma/Canvas and a solid understanding of design systems, plus the ability to facilitate client product vision through rapid prototyping

Qualifications

• Relevant GUI Design experience based on user interaction.
• UX, interactive or UI designer with web/mobile design.
• Ability to lead UX projects and design workshops with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of accessibility testing.
• Experience with Ontario Design System.
• Knowledge of digital service standard.
• Proficiency with Figma and Canvas.

Ideal Candidate Rate: CAD 55-59/Hr (Depending upon the experience)

Must Have:

• Relevant experience creating GUI designs based on user interaction and performance
• Experience as a UX designer, interactive designer, UI designer, or similar role, designing for web and mobile applications
• Ability to define and lead UX projects and design workshops and alignment sessions with stakeholders and business users
• Knowledge of accessibility testing
• Ability to work with Ontario Design system
• Knowledge of digital service standard.
• Experience with Figma, Canvas and similar tools
• Experience facilitating the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products and optimizing a wide range of devices and interfaces
