Job summary

Ontario Public Service seeks an experienced UX Designer for the ONE Access Program. The role supports ongoing design, enhancement, and maintenance of web content and applications, collaborating with product, development, and business teams to deliver accessible, responsive experiences.

The position requires 5+ years in UX, proficiency with Adobe XD, and experience with WordPress CMS. Hybrid work is available, with up to 5 days onsite in Ontario.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX design experience with web applications.
• Proficiency with Adobe XD or similar tools for wireframes.
• Experience creating responsive, accessible designs for web apps.
• Ability to maintain and update web content and designs.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web applications.
• Create and refine UX artefacts including wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Support updates and page maintenance using WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility, usability, and web standards.
• Incorporate feedback and constraints from technical teams into design iterations.
