- Experience with OPS design standards and systems including enterprise products such as CXP
- Figma experience

Description
Responsibilities:
- Create effective, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces. Design the overall functionality of the product to ensure a great user experience, iterating based on user testing.
Experience and Skill Set Requirements:
User-centered Content Design (30%)
- Designing content to meet user needs and simplify complex, technical language and processes
- Determining the right information in the appropriate format for users
- Experience in writing, editing, and publishing digital content
- Using content management systems and content production processes
- Writing in plain, clear language for accessibility
- Content analysis, auditing, and copyediting skills
- Design methods to address content challenges at various development stages
- Understanding government accessibility standards and assistive technologies
- Using data and research to evaluate and improve content
- Applying content standards and style guidelines consistently
- Managing content lifecycle and advocating for it among stakeholders
- Contributing to content strategies and creating content patterns or standards
- Producing content concepts and prototypes, from sketches to clickable prototypes
- Collaborating with UX and Service designers in research and design activities
- Practicing ego-free design, open to feedback and collaboration
- Thinking critically about design value and organizational needs
Communications (20%)
- Preparing research documentation and reports
- Presenting ideas clearly and effectively
- Communicating content design concepts and prototypes understandably
- Engaging with technical and business experts to gather key information

- Experience in agile, sprint-based environments
