We are seeking an experienced UI / UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders and developers to execute digital design solutions using UX/UI best practices.

This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits, remote within the United States or Canada.

What you will be doing:

• Participate in design discussions, provide feedback, and advocate for user-centered design.
• Translate ideas into sketches, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Test assets and optimize based on performance.
• Iterate designs based on feedback.
• Create digital assets for various platforms.
• Design on-brand creative solutions for websites, graphics, email templates, and campaigns.
• Develop homepages, landing pages, and email concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative, useful designs that align with standards.
• Work with developers for technical feasibility analysis.
• Manage projects from concept to execution, ensuring effective user experiences.
• Utilize latest software to design and justify digital solutions aligned with user-centered design principles.

What you bring:

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, ideally in high-tech.
• Highly organized, self-starter, capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Innovative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
• Curious, confident, and initiative-taking.
• Keen eye for design and attention to detail.
• Experience with CMS is a plus.
