About the role:

Revvity is seeking a talented Senior UX Designer to create industry-leading, intuitive user experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong user focus, advocates usability research, and can translate requirements into smart, functional interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design software experiences that improve people's lives and health.

Responsibilities:

1. Within 30 days: Understand the team and problem space, facilitate conversations, design features for shipping products, develop prototypes and wireframes, understand business criteria, and meet with stakeholders.
2. Within 60 days: Refine ideas, participate in design ideation, incorporate feedback, produce engaging user experiences, validate designs with UX research, and ensure design consistency.
3. Within 90 days: Create and validate hypotheses, define product vision, apply design thinking, collaborate on requirements, support other designers, and contribute to UX best practices.

Minimum requirements:

• 5+ years in User Experience and User Interface Design
• Experience with tools like Figma, Axure, Sketch
• Strong UX portfolio demonstrating your toolkit

Preferred skills:

• Degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, or related fields
• Experience incorporating user research, science or life sciences background, interest in AI tools, strong communication and leadership skills
