- 3-5 years in Content Design, digital content, or conversational design
- Plain language expertise with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Writing WCAG and accessibility-compliant content for digital platforms
- Regulatory approvals experience within content or digital initiatives
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
Nice to Have
- Financial services or banking industry experience
- Public site experience
- Background in industrial design, user-centered design, visual design, design strategy, human factors, psychology, or human-computer interaction
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design cross-channel content experiences for digital products
- Create, edit, and proofread content for tools, apps, prototypes, and websites
- Apply user-centered design methodologies to develop accessible content based on customer needs
- Participate in product ideation, research, planning, design, and post-launch evaluation activities
- Collaborate with Experience Design Leads, Product Owners, and engineers on content solutions
- Conduct internal and external content projects and support presentation and communication development
- Provide content design expertise on cross-functional and enterprise initiatives
