ENVIRO Listowel, ON, CA, is seeking a Utility Foreperson to supervise the day-to-day water distribution and wastewater collection operations, oversee maintenance and repairs, and ensure safe, reliable service for residents across the municipality. The role includes leading a team and coordinating field activities.

The successful candidate will hold Class 3 Water Distribution license with Class 2 Wastewater or equivalent, have 5 years of related experience, and be prepared for overtime during

Competenze

• Post-secondary education in a related field.
• Class 3 Water Distribution and Supply License AND Class 2 Wastewater Treatment License OR Class 3 Wastewater Treatment License AND Class 1 Water Distribution and Supply License.
• Minimum 5 years of related professional experience.
• Ability to supervise and lead a team under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Strong knowledge of MECP water/wastewater regulations.
• First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Mansioni

• Overseeing daily operations, maintenance, and repair of water and wastewater systems.
• Acting as the Overall Responsible Operator (ORO) as directed by the Chief Operator.
• Serving as the DWQMS Representative for Water operations.
• Traveling across the municipality to field sites.
• Overtime may be required during emergencies.
