Qualifications

• Experience managing a used-vehicle sales team.
• Knowledge of Ontario OMVIC licensing and regulations.
• Strong communication and budgeting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the Used Vehicle Sales Department.
• Develop and implement monthly promotional strategies and sales-incentive programs.
• Assist with vehicle inventory management.
• Prepare and manage the annual operating budget for the Used Vehicle Sales Department.
• Forecast expenses with the General Manager for the department.
• Promote ongoing training with daily and weekly sales meetings.
• Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Communicate dealership policies to the sales team.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain dealership image.
• Establish professional standards for vehicle delivery.
• Analyze customer satisfaction reports and submit recommendations.
• Other duties as required.
