Steele Buick GMC in Fredericton, NB is seeking an Automotive Red Seal Pre-owned Reconditioning Technician to join our team. You will diagnose and adjust systems to manufacturer specifications, and you will advise the team on customer vehicle repairs and condition as we grow our pre-owned business.

We offer a flat rate compensation structure tailored to experience and efficiency, with a biweekly minimum income guaranteed aligned with 64 flat-rate hours.

As an Automotive Red Seal Pre-owned Reconditioning Technician with Steele Buick GMC, you will play a key role in growing our pre-owned vehicle business. You will work on a variety of makes and models, diagnose and adjust systems to manufacturer specifications, advise the team on customer vehicle repairs and condition, and restore vehicles to like‑new condition, helping drive the overall success of the team.

Flat Rate compensation structure, tailored to your experience, certification and efficiency.
