Steele Auto Group is seeking a Red Seal Powersports Technician for Steele Recreation. You will join a top-tier team in a state-of-the-art facility, working with motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and other recreational vehicles.

This role offers a flat-rate compensation structure with an hourly range of 26.15 to 30.75 CAD, plus a biweekly minimum income aligned with 64 flat-rate hours and a performance incentive program.

Hourly Wage Range:

• Earnings: Flat Rate compensation structure of $26.15 to $30.75 per hour, based on experience, certification, and efficiency.


• Guarantee: To ensure stability, a biweekly minimum income is guaranteed, aligned with 64 flat-rate hours.
