Schedules: Full-time
Salary Range: $123,780 - 167,523 / year
Bonus: Monthly (based on volumes) & Quarterly (based on patient satisfaction and quality metrics)
Shift Differentials apply in addition for evening and weekends.
We are seeking experienced Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners with urgent care or emergency room experience, treating both adult and pediatric patients, to join our welcoming and diverse community in Windsor and surrounding regions.
Urgent care Advanced Practitioners (Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner) provide a wide variety of clinical services including treatment of acute episodic conditions such as sore throats, colds, flu-like symptoms, cuts, sprains, and minor infections. Functioning alongside or in lieu of a physician, it is essential to have excellent assessment skills to recognize more serious conditions and direct patients to the emergency room when necessary.
Perform tasks including examining and treating patients, taking medical histories, interpreting diagnostic tests, diagnosing, prescribing medications, treating minor injuries, recording notes, educating patients, ordering therapy, administering vaccinations, and referring patients for additional care. Providers work shifts of 4, 8, or 12 hours, as assigned.
