Job summary

Qualifications
- RPN with current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Experience in nursing is an asset.
- Current CPR certificate.
- Strong leadership and supervision abilities.
- Initiative, problem solving and sound judgement.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day staff supervision on the unit.
- Coordinate resident care with interdisciplinary team members.
- Communicate with residents' families.
