Job summary

St. Boniface Hospital in Winnipeg is seeking a Unit Clerk to join the Family Medicine Teaching Unit. Under supervision of the Manager Health Services and RN/RPN, you will perform clerical, receptionist and related duties as part of the care team.

The role requires completion of a recognized Unit Clerk certificate, strong English communication, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment; in-person work with day and evening shifts.

Position Overview

Under the general supervision of the Manager Health Services and a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN), and while demonstrating a commitment to the Mission, Values and Management Philosophy of St. Boniface Hospital, the Unit Clerk acts as a member of the health care team, performing clerical, receptionist, and related duties as assigned.
