Northbridge Insurance is seeking an Underwriting Director for Commercial Lines to lead all aspects of the department’s operations, set underwriting strategies, and align with regional and corporate objectives. This leadership role focuses on coaching, collaboration, and driving sustainable growth.

• 10+ years of commercial underwriting experience.

• Strong knowledge of underwriting principles, portfolio management, and risk assessment.
