How You Will Create An Impact

• This role focuses on underwriting new and renewal business to drive profitable growth in our Commercial Property portfolio.
• You will assess risks through broker contact, collaboration with AIG experts, and review of claims history and company data.
• Building strong broker relationships is key. You will deliver excellent service, proactively manage underwriting processes, and expand your broker network through events and market engagement, aligned with your manager's sales plan.
• You will also provide accurate monthly management reports on submissions, bind rate, premiums, etc.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Underwriting experience is preferred but relevant professional experience is also welcome.
• Ability to analyze financial statements.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Customer and sales-oriented attitude: motivated, tenacious, proactive, accountable, and technically skilled.
