• Experience leading underground upgrade projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management and execution of underground projects from planning through commissioning.
• Maintain full ownership of project schedule with milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and contractors.
• Support procurement planning, bid evaluations, and contract management.
• Oversee project documentation for accuracy and site standards.
• Provide reporting to site leadership and senior management.
• Mentor junior team members and supervise a project scheduler.
• Ensure activities align with safety standards and governance.
